likesSorry it's taken me so long to reply to this! I don't actually wear either of these bras anymore as I have outgrown them, and don't own the ewa bra anymore but I can tell you my experience with both.
I found the bands on both bras fit me. Even though they are different lengths they have different amounts of stretch. The ewa band on the pl milady stretches a lot, whereas the deco honey isn't as stretchy when you put it on. The deco honey stretches a lot with wear and stays that way, until it reaches a certain point, so initially the deco was really tight, but after a few wears was bigger and then stayed that way. The pl milady also did this - well at least in the other 2 cup sizes I have owned.
I didn't wear the ewa because my boobs grew the day after I received the bra (why do they always do this???), but the cups on the ewa are definitely narrower than the deco honey. This is a good thing for me, in the deco honey the cups are very wide on me and dig into my armpits.
As for cup size I can't really comment because when I received the ewa bra neither of the bras fit me.
Also I find ewa bras really really slow to dry unless they're in a very heated room. I think because of the foam that in them.

Oops sorry I was just trying to remember, I'm not totally sure about the band length as I don't have the bra anymore, the ewa bras I've bought always vary in band size in the 60 size. The 2 other pl milady a I've got in the 60 are similar size to the Freya 28. For the Pl onyks sometimes the 60 fits and sometimes I need an extender.
