likesThe cups on these two are, in fact, extremely similar, as are the bands. The 30DD has a slightly smaller band and slightly smaller cups, but trying them on one after the other barely shows a difference. If you're looking to size up from the DD, I would recommend going straight to the F rather than trying the E.
