likesThe 30DD is obviously a full cup size smaller compared ti the 28F.
My only real advice I can give with regard to the Rhea is the following: go with the LOOSEST possible band that still works for you (e.g. does not ride up, down, or does the tango). Why? You will get the best shape this way. For some reason the cups of the Rhea are particularly prone to flattening and wrinkling in the bottom when under 'too much' tension. Going with the looser of the fitting band options remedies this.
The band of the Rhea has only little stretch and runs fairly tight, so you may have to size up to begin with.
