likesMain differences/similarities between the Bravissimo Rococo Charm and the Tutti Rouge Betty:
Rococo Charm is unpadded, Betty is lightly lined with a separate fashion fabric overlay fitted with three darts.
Rococo Charm has three part cups with the outermost part acting like a kind of side support panel extending towards the strap. Betty has two part cups out of cotton lined foam with a fashion fabric cover fitted over it with three darts.
To me it seems that Rococo Charm has slightly taller cups than the Betty in this same size, although the difference isn't very big.
Rococo Charm has very stretchy wires that easily distort. Betty has much sturdier wires, even though they feel 'thinner' and almost 'circular' instead of 'flat'.
Rococo Charm has somewhat 'deeper' U-shaped wires that distort to a wider, slanting shape due to their flexibility. Betty has 'shallower' wide and slanting wires without distorting, but due to their stiffness and wide shape I felt as if they tilted a little bit too much on my body. Partly due to this and due to the fact that Betty's wires are very 'thin' I find the Rococo Charm wires much more comfortable, despite their obvious distortion.
Both bras are rather pretty, although the Betty looks a little bit more 'polished' in the way it is made. The Rococo Charm is more my style though, so I didn't keep the Betty after all.
Band-wise these bras fit about the same. I personally feel I get a slightly firmer fit in the Rococo Charm than in the Betty. I also feel I get more support and lift in the Rococo Charm although neither bra is for ultimate projection. On me the Betty acted more like an inert 'boob cover' though without doing much for my shape and comfort.
Cup shape- and fit-wise I find these two bras very comparable. I'd say that in this size range if you fit one, you might do well with the other too.
