likesBoth run small in the cup. They are exactly the same in the band.
Differences:
I measured the 28DD as 2cm deeper in the cup. It still quads me a little but not as much as the 28D.
28DD is 0.5cm wider in the cup and has a slightly higher gore (+0.3cm) and wing (+0.4cm), and slightly more coverage.
The difference in cup width and wing height would be negligible if if weren't for the straps on the 28DD consequently also being higher and wider set. This is a problem for small-framed ladies because of constant armpit chafing.
For this reason alone, I prefer the 28D, even though the 28DD cups fit much better.Updated on Jul 14, 2015
