likesThe Patsy is lower-profile and has a shorter cup height than the Maddie. They both fit me at the same time (Patsy 32F and Maddie 32FF). The Maddie is more substantially padded and rides higher under the arms. The straps and the strap separation are similar. The wire width is similar in practice. The Maddie has a firmer band. It also gives more lift and a rounder shape. The Patsy is more comfy.
