My 30F Fauve Emmanuelle Padded Half Cup Bra in Blue is my boyfriend's favorite out of all my Fauves. He finds the deep blue with black color and pattern combination sexy yet elegant. He likes it even better than my other half cup Fauves that fit equally well, including:
Marla in Blue
Evangeline in Biscuit
Evangeline in Red
Lucia in Ruby
Maya in Butterscotch
Chloe (sheer half cup) Bras in Blue, Teal, and Black
Fauve half cup bras deliver quintessential cakes on a plate cleavage. The full, round profile is lush. I had tried a few dozen bras, mostly from UK powerhouses like Panache, Freya, and their sister brands, before discovering Fauve. (Fauve is a ... brand of the Eveden Group, which also puts out Freya and Fantasie.)
The remarkable feature of my Fauve half cup bras was how fully they pushed my round, full-all-over breasts front and center. The fullness around the center gore delighted me. I like the look for its own sake, and it also slimmed down my torso, viewed from the front.
The main problem for me with Fauve, and I deeply regret it, is how high the gores are. (Half cup bras typically have higher gores than balconettes. I've never tried a Fauve balconette bra because I heard they run even deeper than their half cup bras. Looking at Bratabase, I reckon Fauve doesn't have a single 30F bra with a gore 1.5" or lower.) My 30F Fauve Emmanuelle Padded Half Cup Bra's gore is resting on breast tissue. I have an easy time getting gores of all kinds to tack, despite having no space between the breasts above the 1.5" mark. Unfortunately that means I can no longer wear Fauves everyday, as I used to. The bra itself is quite comfy while being worn, but the bruising I had was starting to look permanent. The beauty, comfort, and shaping of my Fauve half cups was a hard addiction to break.
