Dry, this fits tighter and smaller than a 30F - would probably say it fits close to a 28F, but would also fit 28FF due to how the "gore" is shaped. The wires are kind of wide for me, but that's been standard so far. Wet, I'd assume it fits less tight and the cups would feel slightly larger, so maybe a snug 30F.
