My shape: Pendulous, projected, somewhat narrow, somewhat short rooted, soft tissue.

Band and cups fit true to size, IF you have quite short roots. The cup is a little too closed on top for my larger side (I have a similar issue with the Bardot). I don't believe sizing up a cup would fix this.
The band is also too loose for me, but that's because I'm annoyingly in between a 30 and 32 band right now. Love the 3 hook band in an FF cup! I wish more brands would do that. So comfy.
