Purchased a Freya Fancies Bralette a couple months back and am finally getting around to writing a review. I was really hoping for a bra I could wear lounging around the house. I wanted something supportive, but not rigid, that would give me an ok shape underneath a tank or a robe.
While the bralette provides an OK shape, I just didn't find it very comfortable. Long line bras always roll up on me, regardless of boning structure, and this bra was no exception. The beautiful lace detail on the bottom was lost forever beneath my boobs. I also felt as though maybe the mesh "cup" area was a ... bit small, while the band was too big. I was hoping this wouldn't happen, as Freya is bust-friendly, but alas, I suspect my bust/underbust ratio is too large for this bralette to fit comfortably.
The mesh cups are great and very breathable, perfect for warm weather. The lace borders are both stretchy and firm, which I think would work out for people who have success with long lines. Straps are fully adjustable and fairly long, which is great for long torsos or those of us who are tall.
Overall, I was super disappointed that this bralette didn't work for my shape, but I think it has GREAT potential for those with a lower bust/underbust ratio. If my breasts were a bit smaller, this would be love. I'd highly recommend trying one out if you are curious about it!
