This is the first bra that I've ever ordered from Asos. The quality (as expected from other reviews of the brand) leaves a bit to be desired. Noticed loose threads/fraying immediately after taking it out of the package. Band definitely runs small at only 28 in stretched. My underbust is 27.5-28ish and I can wear it, but it's really tight. While I would prefer a slightly wider cup, 4.5 in width is acceptable for me provided that the separation is at least 1 in. But it isn't. It's .75. So it's too narrow and cuts into me on the sides ... a bit. Hard to tell in the pics though since it's all black and I'm small.

I hesitated between buying the 30C and the 30B since I'm a bit uneven. I went with the 30B, but the 30C wouldn't have worked either due to the band length. As expected, the 30B fits my right (smaller) side fine, but even though my left boob doesn't quad (woooo stretch lace!), it's definitely too big for the cup. Makes the 1/2 cup look closer to a 1/3 hah. Had to keep stuffing my nip down prior to taking the pics. I think the bra is really pretty and would exchange it for a 32A if possible in the hopes that a slightly wider cup would better accommodate my left side and not leave my right side swimming, but sadly that size is sold out.

I'm considering exchanging it for the 32B since I like it so much. I'm positive that it'll be too big on my smaller side, but since the stretch lace on the inside is not attached to the outer cup (see pic) I'm hoping that a few stitches will give me a more even look and eliminate the gaping/wrinkling situation that will most likely arise. Or I might just order it in red in a 32A since no size is sold out for that color. Buuuuut (just like everyone else apparently) I really want it in black!

Would be a good choice for a 28C I think. I know that I said that the quality wasn't great (and it certainly isn't upon close inspection), but it's not an everyday sort of bra anyway and is really very lovely looking. Side note: I also ordered the matching panties in an XS/UK6/US2. According to their size guide I really should be an S/UK8-10/US4-6, but that size was sold out. Thought it was worth a shot since it's a thong, and I was right! Fits perfectly. So don't be afraid to order the XS in this one even if you're usually an S in panties.
