This bra is a touch tight for a 30 band. I have worn it several times and I can tell the quality isn't amazing. I have tall, shallow but wide roots and this bra works for that but barely. It almost cuts in too much at the top. The way the seam lays it comes to a point right at the apex and sometimes that point doesn't give the best look under clothing.
