I'm very center full with narrow roots, and not shallow.
First off, I've read a lot of poor reviews about cuup bras. I decided to buy this one anyway because I liked the green color.
The band fits comfortably. It is seamed and not glued together. The band is double layered, folded and seamed together at the bottom. It has a structural zigzag seam holding the two layers together, and a cosmetic straight seam (I think to prevent the two layers from twisting?) The straight seam immediately popped and broke in multiple places when I first put the bra on, but this doesn't seem to be an actual problem, ... the bra isn't falling apart or anything and I can't see any visible tears or issues.
The cups are way too wide for me, one of the widest I've tried on. The wires are flexible enough not to cause discomfort though. The cups fit pretty well (except for the 1.5" of extra space on the outside), but would probably give me more lift if they weren't so wide.
One thing about this bra is that the material stains very easily. The first time I wore it, my deodorant (a natural, oil based one) transferred to the sides of the cups and stained before I had even finished getting dressed. The stains have not washed out either. I don't know if it would stain from sweat as well, but definitely be careful about lotions or oil based products.
Overall, I did keep this bra purely because of the color. It gives me a more rounded shape, which I like, and is pretty comfortable. The band size seems to run small, but is so stretchy it's not a problem.
