Personally, I like this version of the Brooks Hot Shot bra than other iterations where the straps were more of a classic racerback. The reason being is that the straps on this particular version are a lot shorter than other Hot Shot bras (which is a good thing in my case).

Other than that, I have the classic "letter sized" sports bra issues - too big of a band, too small of a cup.

I'm able to do high-impact aerobic activity in this bra, but I do feel the band sliding around if it's an activity like martial arts.
