I purchased this to wear under some tank tops as well as sleep in. It’s buttery smooth! According to Soma’s website I should have gone with an XS. That was tiny. As in fit my teenager tiny. I tried a small on and the front of it wasn’t wide enough to cover the sides of my boobs. The spacing of the straps is just right to be comfortable, with the ... front of the straps being made of the same soft fabric and the back having adjustable elastic. This is a pull on and pull off style. It’s not too difficult to get in and out of. There are thin round foam inserts in the cup you can easily remove. It gives me a slight droopy fit with some quad-boob, but honestly when you’re going for straight up comfort, it’s not anything you’d mind.
