I love this look. It's so vintagey and bombshell, and it looks great with high-waisted bottoms (my favorite kind). It's strong enough to hold up strapless (the strap is really just a cute decoration, and can be removed).
Considering the measurements of this bra (the wires are, on paper, way too wide for me), I'm actually kind of shocked by how good it looks on me. I've never worn a bandeau style, and I was concerned it would be too closed on top. It is, but it doesn't look bad; it doesn't look like "bad fit quad-boob," more like "natural indentation inherent in this style of bra." The ... gore doesn't tack, but it almost seems like it's not necessary, considering the straight-across-ness of a bandeau style (that said, on someone it fit really well, it probably would.) I think the style is probably masking semi-major fit issues, but it looks so cute that I really want it to work.
I do feel a little insecure in it, but as much as I jumped, I couldn't make myself fall out (with or without straps).
