Bands are stretchy, you may need smaller band size. The lace fabrics on the top of the cups doesn't stretch. I'm FOB, center full, projected, narrow and soft tissue. I can't find fit bra so I decide altered my bra. The bra before altered is here;

I have a little quad boob on my big side yet, but almost good. Gaia have closed top so I guess people with tall roots get quadding. If you cut the upper lining tape, maybe some models works well, like this.
