My shape: slightly wide, slightly tall roots with splayed shape, evenly full top and bottom, slightly center-full. close-set at the top. I need a fair amount of projection at the wire.My best fitting sizes are 34G/36FF in Panache.
This bra goes for 22 USD on Amazon so I thought it was worth a try. The size range is 34B-48G (US sizing). It seems like it's decent quality. The outer parts of the cups are double layered and provide some support, just not enough for me. It felt good on, but I noticed in the photos that the cups collapsed at the bottom. My shape looked only ... slightly more uplifted than without a bra.
The band felt very firm at first. The back has some stretch but the front has very little. This is a US sized bra. The G cup (equivalent to UKF) fit pretty well. It expected slightly more top fullness than I have naturally at this point in my life. Had the bottom been firmer I think it would have pushed up the tissue and I would have filled the tops of the cups fully.
The mesh insert at the top center hugged my chest with no gaping. It's hardly a high-impact bra, and to be fair the tag says it's medium-impact even though Amazon says otherwise. It did dampen the bounce somewhat and the high neckline would make it good for yoga and other activities where you don't want to worry about falling out of the top of your bra.
The straps are cut away just enough at the armpits to allow for a full range of motion yet still contain everything. Just for fun I tried this on over my 34FF - Panache Black » Quinn Balconnet Bra (9241). The shape and support were great but the straps of my Quinn cut into my arms just a little too much to be comfortable working out. If I had something with center-pull straps it would probably work under this.
All in all I think this is a well-designed bra for lower impact activities. If your breasts are more self-supporting or if you have a comfortable underwire regular bra to wear under it this one might work well for you.
