I own this bra in black. I find it quite comfortable and great under low neckline dresses. It's also almost invisible under shirts as it creates a smooth transition line between my skin and the top of the cup. The Deco is not a padded bra; it's moulded so it works great to hide the gaps at the top if you have one breast smaller than the other as in my case. The moulding also helps with visible nipples when they decide to do their own thing. As far as appearance, the Deco is fairly plain, but I think that's the whole point - is for it not ... to show under clothing and in my opinion it does just that.
I realize that many reviewers find this bra loose in the band but I experienced quite the opposite. The band in my usual 30 felt a bit too tight, but when I tried the 32 in the store, it rode up my back. So I stuck with the 30, but it isn't a problem any more because I lost a bit of weight so it now fits perfectly. The cups are perfect and true to size as well. It gives my breasts a nice round shape and lifts them to the centre. I like the thick straps and I am impressed that I do not spill out of the front as that's a problem I often have with deep plunge bras. The only ones so far that work for me in plunge are Freya Deco and Panache Tango. This bra offers good support and is a great t-shirt bra. I highly recommend it and I plan on buying it in a nude colour as well.
