I bought this and one other bikini while on vacation last year. At the time I thought it was a decent enough fit although I never wore this one, I wore the other one once. It is too small in the cup, which I knew when buying it but it was better than other bikini tops I tried that weren't from full bust brand. I think the underwires are actually fairly narrow for a bandeau as well, but am not sure as I usually don't buy 30D bras. The gore measures wide and tall, but since you can ruche the center it can get narrow and shorter. This would probably work best for someone who is more FOB and shallow.
