Front is completely lined and cups are lightly padded. I am a 30E and was surprised to find this supportive enough with just the compression and no underwire. I think it would fit anyone in the range of 28DD/28E/30D/30DD/30E (or smaller). Note that the measurements on this item are somewhat guesstimates since this isn't a bra.

This is a size 6 but NOT a true 6 - more like a size 0 or 2. Fits small.
