Considerations about getting a bra

This top is gorgeous, but it fits too small for me. Would be perfect for a 28E/26F. It's brand new, and I have the tags, but removed them to photograph the set. I'm planning on keeping the bottoms, so this listing is for the top only.

This bikini top runs small in both band and cup. I'd size up in the band atleast once, and maybe twice depending on how tight you like things to be. Mine runs about 2 sizes small in the band, and about 1 in the cups. The pattern is quite minimizing, and the wires are narrow. The bottoms run a bit small as well. I love the way this looks from the front (even with the quadding) but hate the way it looks from the side. Also, WHY DON'T FULL BUST COMPANIES LINE BIKINIS????
