This bikini top will best fit a smaller 30DD/larger 30D. It's not going to be the best for very projected breasts. The band is true to size.

This bra definitely runs small in the cup for a 30DD (and smaller than Freya's wired swimwear). If you're between sizes, definitely take the larger. The suit is made of absolutely lovely soft foam that is basically the most perfect bikini material on the planet. Covers the nips and provides support without adding bulk! I measured the cups at around 7.5 inches deep and 5.75 inches tall. Freya's soft styles will likely fit shallower breasts the best.
