** This bra now doesn't fit me at all, as I am about a 30G now. 5/5/16 **
Utterly beautiful bra. I love the embroidery so much and the colour is gorgeous. The colour is probably my favourite colour for lingerie (a kind of deep magenta). The quality of the bra is perfect. Avocado is quite expensive compared to other brands, but I feel like the bras are completely worth it.
I love that the cups are quite sheer, with only the embroidery over it. The sheer mesh itself is soft but firm, retaining its shape really well. While the lace has no stretch in it, the ... edge of the cup does, meaning there is a bit of give in there for those in between sizes or for those with a lot of upper fullness. The band is very soft and comfortable and I would say is less firm/runs more generous than the Avocado Caprice A cut and Nina K cut bras.
The Avocado A cut is really lovely. It gives a nice rounded profile, quite natural but still uplifted and supported. I tend to prefer this shape as I am quite FOT, narrow and close-set, and anything too projected or rounded can make my boobs look like orbs and a bit too in-your-face. While the A cut is uplifted and rounded, the construction anchors my boobs wonderfully, making me feel secure. I consider the A cut the perfect everyday style, and I wear it (in the Caprice) to work every day.
The cups can be perhaps a tad tall for those whose breasts sit high on the chest (which mine do), though, so it may not be ideal to wear with low scoop necks. Personally, I don't find the cups too tall in the right size, though, you can see a peek of the lace edge of the cup with a couple of my tops, but it doesn't bother me at all.
