The band on this is quite firm. I wear 36" bras, so while an 85 appears to translate to a 38 band, I would suggest this one definitely does not. It's barely a 36 band.
My size is a 36E/36F and this DD was absolutely too small. Not only were the wires too narrow for me but the cups were way too small, even with the cutlets out. There's a great deal of immediate projection.
Narrow wires is expected from this brand so that's not a complaint, just too narrow for me.
I love the cutlets because if you can get the cup size right then you can adjust for hormonal variations.
