band taken down about 2". remember kids, I am likely the WIDEST across shoulder human for anyone in many size ranges, and the strap placement is one of the stupidest I've seen outside of fast fashion dollar store trash. Why stop here, just go ahead & sew them directly to the outer side of the wire below the front of strap. :/ Definitely cutting them off at band and sewing in adjustable connectors fro crossback control.
