Only possibly!! Maybe I shouldn't have said that - nothing's certain yet hahaha, just hopefully! My ideal wires are the Comexim Carmens - they're 15 cm. The wires on my bralet are exactly the same width as my PL Mak - 16.5 cm.

I'm so curious to hear how it goes!! Nikki insinuated via Twitter that I may get a sample bra to review after their initial ordering goes out (since I think right now it's still a little bit to-order? or something like that?) so I'm not spending my own money on that yet! The wires in my bralet work REALLY well for me, if they are the same as in the bras I will be very pleased.

This makes me so happy :D And I double bra seriously way too much! I was actually double bra-ed just last night!

Myrabella, not really, if I'm in a store mostly what I do is just stretch it and fold it with my hand behind me, and then scoop my breasts into the cups with it held tight, and then assess the cup situation!

@Ereshiy, a girl commented on one of my blog posts saying that there are Polish women who wear these sizes, but they don't feel comfortable posting their pictures on the public forums, and that they have secret forums for the very large and very small busted. Not sure how secret forums work, but the girl was my new Balkonetka bff so I have no reason to think she's lying haha.

Oh, the cup width just sitting would still be the same, I meant that when being worn the wire will get stretched wider and go further back on the ribcage, making the cup seem smaller. It happened to me with my Freya Deco when I altered it - the cup was originally just a little too small, but after alteration it was easily 1 cup or 1.5 cups too small, I think it's the same principle.

Girls on Balkonetka also say that the cups are not the same, so it's more like 65JJ>60K>65J (using my own sizes because they are the ones they were using for example). I think it is less that they aren't the same volume, and more that when you wear a bigger band, the wires become narrower, so the cups *seem* deeper. Like, if I tried on a 42DDD, the cups would seem much larger than my 28JJs, even though they were smaller, because the band would be taking up more of the cup space, and there would be no tight band to stretch the cups around me.

I do think that it is probably that Dominik just summed up what Ewa said to you! I've been posting on Balkonetka and have gotten a lot of great advice, and it's all been quite friendly. Ewa herself commented on most (maybe all!) of the bras I posted there, and though her advice was always the same (up in band, down in cup), she seemed very friendly through google translate! And she's written paragraphs on all of them, so I really do think she probably had more to say to your email.

You can post on Balkonetka if you want, but it seems to me that they don't have much experience with very large breasts. It took me a lot of time and pictures to show them that I really need this cup size, and that while I probably *could* go up a band size, it would be uncomfortable for me to. Finally a couple of the girls admitted that I really just may be a special case, a petite girl who needs very narrow wires and very deep cups, which is basically what I've known ever since I started wearing bras in the right size! Haha. They still encourage me to go up a band, but after taking a few pictures to show them that although my band is tight, it isn't INCREDIBLY tight, they have generally come to the conclusion that I do better in Comexim than EM, and that I would do better in S and SM than I do in PL. And they still want me to try a bigger band and smaller cup, but are less pushy about it.

Sorry I just wrote an essay about my Balkonetka experience, tl;dr is that you can post there, but they don't seem to have a lot of experience diagnosing fit problems on very large breasts, average size there seems to be 30F-GGish.

For all the ladies out there looking to switch to Comexim (who has much more reasonably place straps!), I found my size by going with my usual band (though the style I got ran probably half a size tight), and then thinking that JJ = a 14" difference, and then counting 14 letters on their chart. This gives me 60N, which is the size I'd need in Comexim. I ended up buying a bra in a 65L, because I was nervous about the band and was OBSESSED with the Carmen, that only goes up to an L cup, but based on that my size definitely would be 60N.

In regards to all this EM bullshit, I noticed on their response to my post (that was incredibly condescending) they didn't mention my band being too tight anymore, only the cups being too big... did they even look at how my breasts sit in the cups? Haha they are obviously full! What about my PL, which has reasonable wires and is also obviously full? So in my response I asked if this meant they didn't think that my band was too tight (I only wear 1 band size smaller than the calculator says), and then provided them with pictures of me in a 60J PL Lilia... which seriously causes my nipple to fall out, it's so small.

Unless they seriously change their tune by the end of this conversation, I'll be buying exclusively Comexim until I'm outsized.

Seems like Parfait chose a good time to expand their size ranges too, more padded bras for us JJ and K cup girls! They'll definitely be getting business from me as well :)

I'm definitely really excited to get mine! EM's designs always seem either a little cutesy or kind of plain, where Comexim's feel luxurious and sexy (to me anyway!). I got the Carmen, even though it meant I had to get it in a 65HH (I wear a 28JJ in Curvy Kate and a 28K in EM PLs) so hopefully it will fit! I was just too in love with the look of it to not try it :) And I do love that they just carry 60 bands, and that they aren't a special order!
