I got this one after thinking that maybe the solutions to my issues with the other bra was that the band was too tight and the cup too small. I know this is a different style, but it's still a three piece unlined lacy job. Guessed wrong. I have cup wrinkling on my smaller side and barely, barely fill out the cup on my larger side. The underwire is quite pokey on my smaller side under the arm (QUITE POKEY). My nipples don't fall into place on this one. I feel that the wires are too wide for me and the cups too deep. I sort of feel ... like I'm floating. There's definitely support in the underwire and even from the back, but I don't feel nice and snug, I feel floaty. Although the band looks better than the 34 and slightly more comfortable initially, it rides up throughout the day which makes me crazy. I've worn it twice on the loosest setting (because that's what you're supposed to do with new bras right?). I will try it after another wash on the tightest setting, then the band would be close to right and probably look better than the 34. I am going to maybe try a 36 FF in Panache in a style with really firm/non-stretchy band or maybe a 34 GG with a little more give. It's a little itchy and the fit's not quite there for me, but otherwise, it's a better than average bra, quite cute, and gives a nice shape. The band is definitely too big for me right now. I've tried it on the tightest hook on the third wear, and still it rides up.
UPDATE: I tried shortening the shoulder straps. This allowed me to fill out the cups much better. I however still feel the band is too big (but better on the tightest hook) as it keeps riding up and won't lay parallel. I feel that the wires are too wide. They seem okay on the bottom, but the top rests when there is no breast tissue and pokes, especially on my smaller side. I also feel the cups are too far apart at the center gore. The wires do lay flat, but they smoosh the little fabric together. I wonder if going up a cup in a 34 would be good or not, or if the wires would be too wide also.
UPDATE 2: As my breasts have grown or I have experienced tissue re-migration, this bra seems to fit, except for the band being loser than I like. I am thinking a 36 GG should now be my jumping off point, but sometimes 34 bands just feel better.
