I own the Cleo Lily Balconnet Bra (7351) and this has a similar fit, but is less projected. For me, that meant a lot of in-cup quad boobing.

This bra is an excellent fit for me: my other preferred bra is a Cleo Lily in the same size. I am fairly even, narrow and projected.
The band runs a little tighter than most 28Gs. You should also be forewarned that the patterns is very high contrast and shows through most clothes.

This was a terrible fit for me. The cups are SO WIDE, practically all the way to my back. They're also way too short. And the lace is really uncomfortable against my nipples. The gore was stabbing into me as well.
For reference, I am even, narrow, and projected.

Ugh, so close, and I really need a beige bra. The wires are exactly the right width (fairly narrow). I have too much inner-fullness, so I get a quadboob effect at the center of my boobs - exacerbated by the fact that the gore is too wide. Aside from this it handles my projection pretty well. The band is pretty loose for a 28, though it does have three hooks, which is a plus. Also, the seams are quite thick.

Perfect fit for projected, even, narrow breasts. This is my favorite bra.
The band is rather tight. The cups are made of a not-too-stretchy material (yay) and it's not lacy (double yay).
I love the shape this bra gives - the 3-part cut gives a lot of lift and pushes the breasts forward. It does seem to have a little bit of the center-seam quad-boobing effect, but it's not visible under even my tight tank tops.

Almost! The cups are a little too wide, and I end up with this weird strain on the fabric. In fact, much of the lace looks strained: even though it fits smoothly over the top of my breasts, the lace looks really stretched at the top of the cup.
For reference, I am even, narrow and projected, although I think the stretchiness of the lace makes this bra likely to work for a range of shapes.

This is a pretty nice small band / large cup sports bra if you have narrow breasts. I would prefer something wired but all the major brands have gore widths that are much too wide for me.
Pros: Well fitting band and very supportive. Comes in a bajillion colors.
Cons: Definitely squishes my boobs together.
Other reviews are accurate that the bra runs a little small. I made the choice to size up the cups instead of the band and that was definitely the right choice. The band fits very nicely. The neck is pretty high - it makes it supportive but maybe less "cute". Check ebay for good prices as well.
Reference: my standard bra is the Cleo Lily in 28G.

I am even, narrow and projected. The Cleo Lily works well on me; the Lucy really does not.
The cups are way too tall and too wide on me. I think the band is a little small on me as well, which made the gore quite stabby as well.

Quad boobs along the center seam. Leaves extra room below my root in the cup, which makes me think the wires are too tall. The band also seems way too stretchy.
For reference, I am even, narrow and projected. Perhaps this bra would be better for someone slightly more FoB.

There's something very wrong with the cut of this bra. I think I'm the target shape for it, but it is terribly unflattering. It's a bra that should fit me but just doesn't.
The strap is placed too far away from the edge of the cup in a 3-part cup; this has the effect of giving a lot of lift tension in the middle of the side panel and pushing a blob of breast tissue out to the side. The breast tissue is still inside the cup, but the shape is like your breast has some sort of gouge taken out of it, and the fabric strains.
The top of the cup is equally paradoxical. I get in-cup quad boob and loose top lace that curls up away from the breast at the edges. I don't think it's possible for that lace to fit smoothly. Pulling the straps tighter just gives me regular quad boob.
The wires are quite high as well.
