Breast shape/characteristics: Mostly even fullness, wide set, wide rib cage, average projection, wide rooted, higher on chest. Broad shouldered and 6'0".

I noticed there isn't much information on here about the differences between the underwired and nonwired Panache Sport. I've owned both, and so far I highly prefer the nonwired. Here's why:

The cups are made of slightly stiff foam that better molds to the shape of my breasts and does not dig into my rib cage. The wires in the regular Sport, while supportive, gave me red marks after only an hour. While this may be a tight band issue for the original Sport, the band of the ... nonwired is actually tighter, yet leaves me mark-free.

The cup shape of the nonwired is better-fitting. The cups have more projection and are not as open at the top. There is more depth at the bottom of the cup, making it more compatible for my slight bottom fullness. The top of the cup is higher on the chest and reduces depth gradually for a more tailored fit. Another aspect of the high rise is the higher side wing coverage, which helps contain more migrated tissue and bring it to the forefront. The regular Sport is too low cut for tall, even breasts and contributes to orange-in-glass effect, as well as not being quite as good at keeping side boob in and forward. I'm wide-rooted, so side wing support is critical for good fit.

The higher cut of the nonwired also contributes to its superior bounce-control. While the original Sport no doubt is true to its word about eliminating most bounce, I feel like the nonwired is close at eliminating 100% of bounce. In the nonwired, my breasts are totally immobilized. Even doing jump rope, I don't feel them move at ALL. I've just gotten it so I haven't tested it with many forms of movement, but it seems to be able to reduce more bounce than the underwired. However, I do understand that it is possible the foam may lose shape over time, which I will be looking out for. So far I believe the band is firm enough that that problem won't actually become a problem more quickly than any typical underwired bra.

May or may not be relevant, but I figured I'd add it in: the nonwired is currently cheaper than the wired and you can currently find it on Amazon for under $50, $20 cheaper than the regular underwired.

I think Panache really did right with this bra. It supports just as well, even better than the underwired without the irritating wires. The shape is so much more compatible for even and full in bottom fullness. In the regular, I'd have to size down to make the bottom of the cup fit my shape better, while adding on the issues of smash and quadboob for my top. This is probably the best part about the nonwired: it's actually true to cupsize. If you're a 34FF, you're probably a 34FF in the nonwired Sport, regardless of FOB/FOT.

I'm strongly considering buying another one. It's so comfortable, supportive, and better fitting. I recommend anyone who was not impressed with the underwired Sport or who wants something like the underwired with better support, to try the nonwired version.

A friend with similar boobs would be: wide-set, average projection, mostly even but a little full on bottom.

I measure as a 34FF/32G. I was a little skeptical about buying a 34G, as well as about the depth (it measures about 10.8" which I thought was a lot). However, this bra fits me really well!

The shape is more like a demi or half-cup. There is an average amount of projection (I feel). The wires do not poke, and they don't come too far back. They're the perfect length. While the bra itself is designed to be open, there is a little bit of cleavage, but there is still ... a smooth line from breast to bra, and there's no quadboob after I scoop+swoop. My breasts are comfortably enclosed on each side.

I was warned that the straps were wider than most bras. This is actually good for my frame. Being taller and having more broad shoulders, I find that the straps are perfectly distanced. They don't dig in like some of my other bras that have narrower straps (this is not to say that the other bras are unsupportive. I just have a little fat pad on my shoulders I guess).

The band is small for a 34, which I don't think is necessarily a bad thing. It feels supportive and sturdy. It's not going anywhere. It'll have a longer wearable lifetime.

I love that it only has 2 hooks. Can't stand 3-hooked bras when they're so hard for me to undo.

The design is BOOTIFUHL. I love bras that have lots of colors and designs. The lace is a nice touch, although it sticks out a little bit. It can be hard to smooth down. That's a minor thing.

Definitely one of my favorites. I absolutely love it.

Last thing first: With the exception of the Charlotte, Parfait by Affinitas is not very good at making comfortable bras.

---My Shape---
Boobs: mostly even slight FOB, wide-set, 10.5-11" perimeter depending on place in cycle.

---The Bra---
This bra has a couple fit issues, one requiring adjustments when you put it on. First, the straps are quite long, even long for me as a 6'0" tall woman. When I put it on at first, there was slight orange-in-glass effect going on. I have perkier boobs, so I needed to adjust the straps quite a bit. After doing so, the orange-in-glass went away, and my boobs filled the bottom.

The second ... fit issue is the overall shape. This bra takes on a stiff, tear-drop shape that is common in American brands (this is a UK brand as far as I know, so that surprised me a bit). The shape bothers me underneath clothes, and contributes to the slight orange-in-glass effect I was experiencing. Thankfully adjusting the straps seems to correct that. If my boobs were totally even-shaped, this bra would be a dud.

The band is VERY VERY SNUG. I tend to prefer a snug band to extend the life of my bras, which Parfait by Affinitas has down. However, if it were any tighter it would be unwearable. Extremely small band for a 34.

The material is slightly scratchy. I don't think it was worn much before I bought it (from another user). The 3-hook structure also makes it a little difficult to undo. I really do not prefer 3 hooks as I tend to accidentally break one of the hooks off, as I've done with several bras. I have to be really careful about that with this bra.

Overall, not one of my favorite bras. I've been spoiled by my six Freyas, I think. I've owned a few bras by Parfait, and all had some component(s) that made them super annoying to wear. My first bra (the Tamara) was so ridiculously shallow in the cups that my boobs had nowhere to go but up. I've tried on a few others off Amazon, I can't remember the names now, that I pretty much returned the next day due to crazy fit issues, mostly with orange-in-glass and shallowness (Parfait is so extreme!). It's like they either make super shallow boobs-up-to-your-chin bras, or really stiff tear-shapes that hardly anyone could fit into right.

I can't be the only one, right?

Last thing's first: Narrow wires I can handle, because all I have to do is some bending and sacrifice some of the projection (which this bra can definitely afford). But too close-together cups? What do you do for that? I'm not sure it's possible to change it.

I did notice, before I bought this, that Ewa bras seem to be really projected. I always believed my breasts were fairly projected, so I thought it would be a good fit. I was sort of wrong.

Objectively, the measurements for this bra indicated that it would be a good fit. Long wires (which I thought meant wide wires), 11" depth, open ... at the top. It all seemed good. But when it's on, there are several big issues. I would say this bra is slightly too projected for me. Also, the cups are way too close together for my wider-set breasts. This causes an interesting effect. I fill out the tops perfectly, I fill out the sides perfectly, yet I don't fill out the parts of the cups closest to the gore, resulting in gaping. Another issue is that these wires are long, but not necessarily wide. I have to constantly readjust to keep my tissue inside the cups, which also contributes to the weird inner gaping. Have to say this has never happened to me before and this is the first issue I've ever had with a bra being this close together...

This bra gives an interesting "no bra" look that I didn't like at first, but have learned to appreciate. I live in a place with 300+ days of sunshine and having my breasts pushed up to high heavens is not always comfortable. This bra feels like I'm going braless without the painful uncontrolled boob movement.

One little thing that I find weird about the fit, the ribbon at the top of the cup tends to cut in a bit depending on how I'm standing. My more-even-than-FOB shape doesn't really agree with this so much. It gives me a bit of a conical shape.

I used to hate unlined bras, but Curvy Kate manages to make some that are comfortable and flattering, with much-appreciated wide wires.

Me: avg projection, even fullness, wide-rooted, wide-set

So, this bra is something... else. The cups are definitely too small. Breast tissue escapes out the sides and there's quadboobing on top. I'm constantly having to readjust and scoop my boobs back in. When they do stay, I have to admit the effect is... pretty obvious cleavage. Date-night cleavage. Which is a plus, I guess. It just makes this bra a bit impractical.

Another thing, the band on this bra, while very cute, is super thin and dainty. I feel like I'm going to break it just by getting it clasped... I don't see how that can be even remotely supportive. And it's not.

Beautiful bra, no support, amazing cleavage, barely-there band, cool design. For every pro there is a big con.

Wow this bra is gorgeous. I've never seen such a pretty purple on a bra before. The lace detail is so intricate and amazing- what I love about Curvy Kate.

The fit is mostly good. The cups are a little wider on top than the Portia, and there is no restrictive ribboning. The lace sits flat and is really flattering. This bra cut fit me a lot like a plunge which I love. The gore is, understandably, low. It gives me a more rounded appearance than the Portia and is less coverage (I'd say) than the Princess.

The design on the cups is more modest than a lot of CK bras, so if you like detail but are the kind of person who'd rather not have your bra announcing its existence to the world, this would be a good option for you. Personally, I like design-obnoxious or not- but it is nice sometimes for the sake of smoothness to have a toned down bra.

This bra covers my nipples better than the Princess, but mine are smaller sized.

I'd say this bra fits pretty much on-par with the size. The outer wires tend to poke around my axillary region, but usually more scooping/swooping and one quick adjustment solves that problem. The band is slightly on the stretchy side, but I feel it supports really well. The top of the cups actually have some elastic so there's some forgiveness for my mostly-even shape. The straps are narrower and thinner than I prefer. However, I love the sequin and bow construction on the straps, as well as the sequin and embroidery design on the cups. It's one of the loveliest bras I've seen, and definitely one of my favorite bras to kind of "show off" underneath sheer tops. It doesn't give me much cleavage, but it does look nice under clothes and gives me a smooth, rounded shape.

I keep this bra on period-reserve when I'm PMSing and my breasts swell up a cup size. It fits fairly well then, but I definitely do not fill it completely when my hormone levels ease back to normal. Anywho, it does a good job keeping all the breast tissue in because the wires are incredibly wide. Though, if I don't do a thorough enough job scooping and swooping, the wires poke my axillary region.

This bra gives me absolutely zero cleavage, which I guess is good under certain circumstances. I do prefer a bra to give me at least a little oomf, so I was a bit disappointed ... that a Curvy Kate bra couldn't do that (even at the peak of breast-swelling). All other signs point to the bra fitting well, so I've concluded that it's a great bra for wearing under professional button-up shirts and suits.

While I don't usually go for unlined bras, I do have to admit that one of the benefits of wearing them is that they can still fit even after shape change or breast growth. This is what happened with me and the Romance. Basically my boobs grew and are now my old PMS size normally while my now-PMS size is closer to a 32GG in Curvy Kate sizing. Yet the bra still fits with no quadboob. The underwire is just a little closer to the forefront than it was.

Only problem now is that I accidentally broke off one of the hooks on the loosest column because I suck at undoing 3-hook bras. So the band is on the tighter, more uncomfortable side of fit, which is poopie.

Even though I made sure to be conscientious of the French sizing, and converted accordingly, this bra still ended up being too small in the cups. When I scoop/swoop, the hem/lace at the top cuts into my breast tissue a bit, making it pretty uncomfortable. I don't feel as if there is enough coverage or enough depth to the cups. The underwires are also too low for me, and they jab my sternum. I suppose I am too projected/round for this bra's shape. It's such a nice looking bra when it's not on.
