First off-I really needed a 28HH in this bra, but the 30HH was only $10 on eBay and. I couldn't resist trying it! The band is a little big even on a bloated/swelled day, but it isn't as bad as my old 32 bands, so it's wearable. The cups were a tiny, tiny bit big on top, maybe a half inch or less, which I fixed by folding it slightly in at the gore and tack-stitching them down. I think it would have been perfect in a 28HH, as the cups would have been that little bit smaller.
I love the look of this one-mine is beige/nude, ... and is lovely on my very pale (I'm predominately Irish in heritage) skin. The lace is gorgeous to look at-my only complaint is that it is a little stiff and scratchy, but hopefully this will soften in time.
The wires on this one seem, thankfully, a little less wide than the typical CK on me, and definitely tons narrower than my Panache bras, which are a bit too wide. They do, however, poke a bit in the armpit and the fabric comes up to high, but I am used to that. Again, the 28 band with the same cup might fix that problem a little bit. The straps are always a little too wide set for me, too, so that probably wouldn't have changed.
I have very small shoulders and a short waist, so this bra, once again, isn't quite a balcony style on me, and the straps don't adjust quite short enough because of the embroidery, but they seem to be staying on alright so far.
Overall, relatively comfortable, I wish I could try a 28HH to see the difference, but with my very small income, I have to take what I can get! Beautiful quality and a much better fit that the 32DDDs I wore for years.
