I usually wear 28H. In brands that don't manufacture a 28 band I can fit a 30GG depending ... on how tight the band runs. My breasts start fairly high on my chest and gradually slop downwards into a teardrop shape. I fit best in bras that allow for a lot of immediate projection/have room at the wire.
