Issue resolved
Based on the suggestions I've received, I'm gonna try the bra in a size 28ff and 28f to start off with. I've had it in 30dd and the cups felt quite good so I don't really think 28g would suit me. I definitely need a bigger cup but I think 28g would be too big. If by chance 28ff will be too small in the cup, of course I will try it in 28g!
Thanks alot for the help!
Original problem
This is pretty obvious haha, it's CLEARLY too small in the cups! I think the back is pretty good, but that's the only good thing
Aside from the obvious, the straps are actually a bit too long, but I think I'm better off altering these straps than those of the Panache's. I get major overspill so there's no use in keeping it really. I'm wondering what size you girls think I should opt for? I know you can't be certain until you've tried it on, but since I have to order(there's a really crappy bra market where I live) it I'd like to get an idea of what would be best. If I order it in a particular size and it doesn't fit I'll have to exchange it and that costs extra money ofc, what would you girls suggest?
Thanks in advance!

helpfulI think at least FF, Maybe G. Have you looked at the measurements of this bra on bratabase? I looked it up, and there is measurements for F, FF and G in 28 back size, that should help you...

Do I have a super high on chest shape? I didn't know haha, I just thought it had to do with the bra pushing it all up but I might be wrong, I'm a little lost about the whole shape-thing.
I've had my eyes on the Enell since it's rumored to be EXTREMELY supportive, the only reason I haven't decided to try it is because I'm worried the straps will be too long and I'm guessing they will be very hard to alter by myself. You see, I am very petite(5 feet tall/152 cm tall), I have very, very small shoulders. I do know they take special orders but I'm afraid it'll be VERY expensive and I really want it to fit well, which you never can know before you've tried it.
I would consider trying both the Freya and the Panache, I'm all open for trying out what fits me best because I love to exercise and I play soccer so support is really, really import. I need it regularly.
Recently I have opened up to trying the Shock absorber too, I'm just a bit concerned it's too low near the armpit area? It looks very low in many photos. Anyone who can confirm this?

I have had three SA bras, and found them very supportive. I have since realised that they were too small by 3 cup sizes, but even despite this the support was fantastic.
I did not find them short, but I am 5'8" so cannot really relate top the height! -
You can find enels for about 40 dollars on ebay
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=Enell+00&_sacat=0&_from=R40
Shortening the straps on it is like shortenig the straps on a tank top - there's a seam on tge top of the shoulders, it's super easy to do and not much to mess up :)
If straps are too long for you in most bras (which is usually a clue for being high on chest), chances are that enell and shock absorber will need some adjusting too. But when you pull the straps tighter you will get more coverage from the side.
I do think enel will suit your needs the best even though it's probably the ugliest sports bra there is :)) -
Oh, I didn't know that was a sign for it :) The more you know! :) I love bratabase haha, it's helped me sooo much! Yeah... Enell really is superduper-ugly but I'd rather take superduper-ugly with stellar support than the other way around. After all it's a health garment.
Thanks alot for your input!
And thanks to you too cbear, it's reassuring to hear they are supportive! :)

(Sorry for off topic)
@Vee: Thanks for the suggestion here about the Enell sports bra. I had forgotten about it. It looks as something that would be perfect for me in a size 2.

Btw: About high on chest. Full on top boobs generally are high on chest I think. It kind of goes with the shape so to speak.

helpfulI'd say go up at least two cups.. possibly three. So either a 28F or 28FF.

I'd say ff should be fine for firm control, but I also think panache sport might agree with itzybittyJ's super high on chest shape more.
I also think enell size 00 would be great here or even the shock ansorber if you don't mind compression bras.
