Issue resolved
I have moved into a 34 or 32 band with a C or D cup. Know I know why women want to take their bras off when they come home. Thanks for all the suggestions. I have been buying and trying different bras sizes and kinds to see if some fit better.
Original problem
I have had professional Bra fittings. I did not think this one was so bad. Help me figure this out. I think the only one that will fit is my Palmer's and I can't find the size on it to put it on here.

helpfulThe fact that you are wearing a Victoria's Secret bra makes me worry a bit. Victoria's Secret are known for fitting women into the wrong size and they use the +4/+5-method for finding your bra size.
First of all, your band size should be equal to or very close to what you measure around your ribcage under your bust. You should always try the bra on the loosest setting in the back and it should not ride up at all in the back. If you can wear your bra comfortable on the tightest setting you need to go down in band size. Remember that band sizes down to a 24 exists.
Since you measure 31.5 inches around your ribcage you most likely need to wear a 32-band. A 36B is equal to a 34C and a 32D in the cup, so a 32D would probably be better.
You need to have your band size right before worrying about the cups. It is very hard to fit cups if the band is too big or too small. Since what you list as your issue is that the outher cups cut into your breast tissue your cup is too small in some way. Since your band is most likely too loose for you that affects the cup shape and makes it less wide. From the 32D that is eqviavlent of the bra you are wearing you most likely need a 32DD or a 32E.
Have you scooped properly? http://www.ewa-michalak.pl/Jak-poprawnie-zalozyc-biustonoszs-VIDEO--cinfo-pol-4.html If you haven't, do so and see if you get any more fit issues. You should scoop everytime you put your bras on. Also, if the band isn't small enough try to pull it tight with one of your hands. Then you get a better estimation of the fit.
Remember that a D and a DD is average cup sizes. It is not big at all in any way. http://bfcidade.files.wordpress.com/2010/04/naprawde-duze-biusty2.jpg Here you can see that a 32DD is in no way gigantic as you might feel. There is cup sizes up to a UK LL available so even though it might feel strange to try such a size, it is actually just normal.

helpfulDid you scoop all your breast tissue into the cups? You need to do that in order to put a bra on properly and properly assess the fit. If you have, then on to my next points:
How loose does the band feel? Most of the support comes from the band, so it should feel snug, but not tight and it should sit horizontally across your body. If you can slide two fingers underneath around the band comfortably, then your band size should be fine. If you can put your fist underneath the band and/or if it rides up in the back (the shoulder straps falling down is also a symptom of this), you'll need to go down a band size. If you can stretch the band much more than a fist away from your body, you might need to go down two band sizes.
You've already mentioned the cups cut into the sides of the breasts, so it seems like you should try a cup size up.
What I would do in your case is try to fit the band size first (if it doesn't already fit), then try a bunch of cup sizes until you find a good fit. Sometimes with cups, it may not be a size issue, but a shape issue, so be sure to keep that in mind.

helpfulWhich size you can't find to add?
I just looked through the bras in your profile and why they don't fit. It seems that 36 might be a size too big for a band. And the cups digging on the side of your boobs looks like a symptom of too small cups.
From the bra in the picture, it looks like the lower part of the cups is not tight against your body, this is evidence that the band may be too loose and the cups don't have room to fully enclose your breasts.
Did you enter your measurements on the site? Did you get any recommendations?

If you got no recommendations, take a look at the Bradar (http://bratabase.com/browse/bradar/). There you can get an estimate on what size may be good for you based on what's nearby.
It's hard to tell how much off that bra is, a back shot would help a lot. But I'd recommend you try a 34C/D to begin with, and then try luck with any 32DDs they may have, just to check if the band fits you. Then worry about the cups :)

Hi! Here's a good bra size calculator: http://www.sophisticatedpair.com/bracalculator.htm
Remember that this is only the starting point because it's difficult to measure accurately.
If bras in the suggested size don't fit you then try going up in cupsize.

helpfulI can't find your measurements, but the band looks as though it may be too loose. Measure under your breasts (while exhaling and as tightly as comfortable)... that should be your band size. Consider adding an inch if you are an odd number. For example: If you are 29 inches, you might prefer a 30 band.
Also, since the centre gore isn't flat against your chest, which makes me think the cups are too small. And the tissue that is between your armpit and the bra is also breast and should be in the cup.
So try a smaller band and go up in cup sizes until you're all the way inside the bra (with the scoop test).

helpfulOne thing you can be sure is that the bra fitting wasn't as good as it should be. They wanted to make sure you will buy something. Judging just by looks you seem to have similar body features to my sister and she usually wears sizes like 30D/DD.
You should check up this site: http://maheda.eu/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=159:katalog-rozmiarow-biustonoszy&catid=35:artykuy&Itemid=71&lang=en
You can see there girls with different body features, maybe you'll find someone similar to you, it might be good thing to begin with.Updated on March 25, 2012 Flag this

helpfulYour boobs are a classical example of what is described at busenfreundinnen.net as "kleine Breitbrust"- shallow, wideset boobs. Your boobs look much bigger from the front than from the side because they are spread out all over the ribcage. Such boobs hide their true size bc you cannot see much projection in profile. To get a better estimate of your bra size measure yourself bent over without a bra.
Some people have already suggested that you go for a 32DD or 32E and I think they are right - this is most likely closer to your true size.
I would also like to add some suggestions on bras to try: Panache Confetti, Panache Harmony Balconette, Panache Sienna, Cleo Alexa, Cleo Sasha, Cleo Eleanor, Halfcups by Cleo like Cleo Sadie, Curvy Kate Tease Me, Bravissimo Demi Diva, Bravissimo Roccoco Charm, bras by Esprit, bras by Change. You need shallow and wideset cups to fit your shallow and wideset breasts.

helpfulYou don't look like a 36 band. As others have said, the band measurement should be very similar to your underbust measurement. Victoria's Secret do have a reputation for ill-fitted bras due to the +4 method (adding 4 inches to the underbust measurement to get band size) Prehaps try a 30 or 32 band with D or DD cups and go from there.
