Bra fitting help » One cup size too big, or two?

Issue resolved
Down in both band and cup size.
Original problem
This bra is obviously too big in the cups, I can't quite fill the bottom and there's serious gaping at the sides, which improves only if I use the straps. But I'm not sure if I should go down one cup size or two. Any advice? Thanks!

helpfulI think the issue is mostly the band size. The bra might be a cup size too large (definitely not two), but gaping at the bottom usually means that the bra is sliding down. If you pull the underwires up (and scoop) so that the wires are just under your tissue, does it stay there?
High-set breasts usually require an extra-snug band so that they stay in place. This might be helpful:
http://questfortheperfectbra.wordpress.com/2012/06/07/how-to-pull-up-on-underwires/If you want a smaller cup, you could try a 32GG, but you'd probably need to alter the band so that it's smaller, since you're wearing the 34 on the last hook and it's still too loose.

If it doesn't stay up, it's because the band is loose enough to allow movement. A 32 might still be too big, but it's worth trying.

If it doesn't stay up the issue might not be the band, but the underwire. It looks to me as if the wires of this bra are slightly too narrow for your breasts. When you move the breasts wiggle out of the wires and the bra slides down.

helpfulI find strapless bra bands need to be a bit tighter, as do bras for high-set breasts. It looks as if the band is sliding down your chest, namely that it's not tight enough.
I don't believe the Deco strapless goes up to 32H, but a 32GG may fit since the cups don't appear to be cutting in anywhere, and there is extra space in the 34.

The cups definitely don't cut in, there's lot of empty space at the sides actually :) I'll try a 32GG

I decided for a 34 because I read that the Deco Strapless has a very tight band, but I don't think it's so tight that you actually need to go up one size so yes, I should try a 32.

Nope! :(
