Issue resolved
Thanks so much guys! I will be searching for 30G bras (have one on from Panache Harmony full cup right now) and just using an extender for a week till they stretch out if necessary (not a biggie so far). I didn't realize how much bras stretch out when they really fit--and how much that little bit of stretch makes a difference!
Original problem
This bra fit great when I first purchased it, but now I have to wear it on the tightest hook to keep it from riding up (as much). On the tightest setting I have a big problem with the straps/edges of the cups rubbing on the front of my armpits. This bra did NOT do this 5 lbs and 2 months ago. Any ideas for a boob in need? (or suggestions for bras for hot weather with high-set-but-squishy boobs)?

helpfulIt looks like it's a cup size too small and a band size too big. It could work in a 30G.
I also have high set breasts and I just got the Cleo Lucy bra. It's super comfy, but the sizing is weird. I haven't gotten around to measuring it for bratabase yet, but here's my review (with images): http://questfortheperfectbra.wordpress.com/2012/07/03/cleo-lucy-butterfly-collection-has-incredibly-fast-shipping/
I do have issues with the straps getting in my armpit area, but I have yet to try on a bra that doesn't do that to me. :/

helpfulIt looks like you need to go down a band size and up at least one cup size. (The cups look a little small in the pictures here.) I'd recommend a 30FF or 30G, probably the latter.
If you don't want to go out and buy a whole new bra, you could tailor the back in by an inch or three. It would at least help stop it riding up in back, and if you let out the straps a little bit it might help the cups fit better, but it probably won't be that easy to fix.
Good luck with your bra hunt!

I would agree on the cups, since I tried on a 30G in a Panache Harmony Full Cup and it fits okay (bordering on needing a bigger cup size)

helpfulFYI this isn't Elodie. It is Sharon #2631.
Otherwise, I think your band is too big and your cup too small. Try sizing down one band size and up two cup sizes. This is a 32F, so you want a 30G.
