Issue resolved
The bra wasn't the shape for me! And might have been the wrong size.
Original problem
Hi everybody,
I have a lot of empty space at the bottom of my cups. I was told by a bra fitter I should be wearing my bra lower like I am in the picture, (though I have space even if I don't wear them lower, and I don't know how low exactly to wear them), and so I tightened the straps. I don't know how much exactly the bra fitter did it in the bra I wore to the store, which wasn't this one, so I tried to match the straps and adjust it from there.
I did it too much, and the by where the bow is in this bra cuts into where my armpit and breast meet. If I loosen them, they don't feel like they support very well. I have this bra in a 30FF as well, and I spill over the tops.
What should I do?

helpfulHi Is band not too tight? When band is too tight, the underwire is stretched too much, cups are too shallow.
I've got Emily in 30h (my underbust is 72cm) and it's too tight - I've got the same problem - cups are too shallow, cutting into arms, underwire is so stretched and looks like on your picture. Have you got an extender? When you put it on, it should help - cup will be deeper and bra won't try to cut your arms offUpdated on September 20, 2012 Flag this

It may be too...I would try 32ff or maybe even 32g in Emily - I wear 30gg in Freya but 30h in Emily is ok in the cup. I'm waiting for Emily in 32gg:)Many girls who wear CK unpadded bra recommend going up in cup.
How does the bra works when you have the straps not so tight? -
It feels okay. When I wore it as I usually do (band up high, straps adjusted to my liking) it feels okay. There's some constriction but it's really not that much?

Second the rec for trying the 32FF in the Emily.

helpfulI think the style is wrong for you. IMO you need a bra with narrower wires and stronger projection and a lower centergore.
The empty space is partially bc the wires do not conform to the crease of your breasts and part bc you haven't adjusted the bra correctly.
Try the following: hold the wire of the left cup with your left hand. Go with your right hand to the left cup. Lift up your breast, push the wire higher. Now shove your thumb into the cup. Crumble the fabric together, until your thumb is all the way down to the wire. Pull the fabric in a round motion around your breast. Do the same on the right cup.
As for bras to try, go for unpadded Freyas. Jolie, Pollyanna and sisters, etc.
EDIT: Just saw that you also have the Freya Jolie in 30G. Could you post a fitting request with pictures of the Jolie please?

The band is okay. I say too tight because I'm not sure if it's just because I'm not used to hooking a 30, because the bra I previously wore was a 34.
Band size is what's cutting my arms off?! I thought it had to do with me tightening my straps too much...does this mean I'm a 32FF then?
