Bra fitting help » cup small?
My Bra » Unknown Model » 40C 40:3
My main problem is with the cup, especially the left one which is digging in the breast tissue while the right one is ok. Second issue is with the band size which is kind of tight.
What you think and what size should I wear to make it better? This is my 1st writing here

helpfulAs weird as this might sound, I think a smaller band size and a bigger cup size would help a lot. A 32E or F might be better for you. A 30 band might suit you even better, but I can't really tell from just your pictures.

helpfulYou should try wearing a 30F/FF or a similar size. Your ribcage looks much smaller than 36 inches!
Try measuring using this link as a guide.

helpfulThat the band feels tight can be due to the fact that the cups are too small.
Does the centergore sit flat? If not, chances are high the cup is too small.
Can you lengthen the strap on the side of the bigger breast? This sometimes helps if the cup is a bit too small. If it doesn't, go up in cupsize and shorten the straps on the smaller side.
Also, the third picture shows a different bra. Or is it the same in another colour?
You also might want to take a look at some other fitting requests to get an idea what kind of pictures we need. Those are ok: http://www.bratabase.com/troubleshoot/dhke5/, http://www.bratabase.com/troubleshoot/dhke3/ and http://www.bratabase.com/troubleshoot/dhk2t/ bc almost all the important details are visible.

helpfulThis is definitely too small in the cup. You should go down a band size, and up three cups I would think (it looks like you need at least two cup sizes up in the current band). You might find that when you go up the cup that the band will loosen up. If it's too loose, then go down the band and up three cups.

BTW, if you added your measurements I and others might be able to suggest a different size you could try. I am a bit confused by the sizes - bratabase says that the bra is a 40C, yet you yourself say it is a 14C/36C.
