Issue resolved
I've decided to give the Freya Active underwired a go first, maybe I'll try this one in the future in another size I decided on Freya since I feel that the band is much tighter in that one! (Reference: The Freya I can barely fasten on the loosest hook and the Panache I can close on the tightest hook straight away and it doesn't come close to feeling as secure as the Freya)
If I decide to try this one again in the future, I'll try 28ff and 28g
Edit:
I changed my mind and went for a Panache anyway, I tried it in pink in 28ff, surprisingly it was too big in the cups. It seems my very very full on top boobs give the illusion that they're so much bigger than they really are when they're in a too-small cup. I guess it looks that way because they're naturally so far up, and a too-small cup pushes them insanely far up. I'll exchange it and get in 28f, pink! Hoping this'll work!
Original problem
I had high hopes for this bra but it does NOT deliver, unfortunately. I know it's due to inproper fitting. That's why I'm here asking you girls for help.
I have always swooped and scooped(ever since discovering a post about it online)but never enough, I guess. It looked like it fit much better before but after swooping and scooping properly this is the result. Quadraboob reaching up to my collarbone, yikes.
The straps are far too long for me, I'm hoping this won't make it impossible to fit me Because I have NO idea how I'm supposed to exercise comfortably if that's the case... Anyone got a tip on how to shorten the straps? Because I have shortened straps in the past but it has led to it being VERY uncomfortable and tricky to get them over my shoulders then. Still I need very short straps...
I play soccer so I need an extremely supportive fit, one that won't let me down, one that doesn't make me readjust every damn 5 seconds! I constantly have to readjust when I'm wearing this bra. The band hurts my ribs after just a few minutes but I don't think it's a matter of it being too tight, I think it's a matter of the cups putting strain on the band.
I'll sum it up:
- Too long straps
- Uncomfortable band
- Too little boob space
- Constant readjustingI'm not very new to bra fitting, but I'm definitely no pro. What do you girls think? Please help me, I'd be so glad to receive your help and advice!

helpfulI'd say you want to go up at least two cup sizes, then figure out the band- a 28FF or 28G is a good start. Does the clip in the back help the strap situation?
If this bra doesn't work for you, there's also the Freya Active Underwired (which gives me bullet-boob but nothing moves when I jump up and down) that comes in a 28 band. However, that also has very separate cups and may not adjust short enough.

helpfulThe first photo looks the same as i did in my old sports bra that was 4 cup sizes too small!!
What size do you wear in normal bras?
What is your measurement around the fullest part of your bust? The Measurements of your perimeter with the cup seem to be not too far off, so i am hesitant to advise you go up lots of cup sizes, but based on the pictures, i would suggest you might need to try a 28G.
As for the straps, are they uncomfortable with the racer back option? they look quite tight.
i think you cannot judge the band correctly, because of how much boob is being squished into the small cups!

I THINK I should wear a 60g(Swedish size, because that's where I live), and I have the impression that's the equivalent of a uk 28ff.
The fullest part of my bust measures roughly 88 cm. Closer to 89 than 87.The straps are quite comfortable but not enough. I feel they should be shorter because whenever I jog up and down purposely when putting it on to test it, it bounces obviously too much for it to be supportive. However, when I jog up and down while simultaneously holding up the straps, it nearly doesn't bounce at all.
This is so difficult haha, it's quite depressing. I have been struggling with this ever since late 2010 when I found out about proper bra fitting.

I know how you feel! And not being able to try on... It's rubbish!
So, why did you order an E if you think you are a FF? Although, going from your measurements, of 28 under bust and 34 around, that does give you a uk E size... Which clearly doesn't fit!
What size are you wearing at the moment? And what types of bra?

Oh, and I think the strap thing is due in a large part to the ill fitting cups, I suspect that the straps would feel less of a problem if the cup fitted... If you pull the straps up of most bras, then you don't move as much, but you can still have quad boob etc!

At the moment... Haha, I barely have anything to put on :P I have one bra I reach for in crisis(when I have to go out), a push-up bra labeled 75d(34d, I got it from my sister because I have such a lack of bras). I've gone to a underwear store here in Sweden called Change several times. They claim to be experts and whatnot, they're supposed to carry cup sizes aa-j and band sizes 60-100(28-44) but every single time I've gone there and actually asked the staff members if they have anything in a 60g, 60 anything really, all I've been told is "I'm sorry. It's sold out." Although KNOWING I'm a 60-bander, I've approved of getting fitted. They've all been soo sooo sooooo wrong! Last time I got fitted there she wanted me to wear a 65f(30f), it felt terribly unsupportive and I did not give in to her sceamy selling tricks/bad knowledge. 2 cup sizes too small approximately and terribly loose, they have crappy quality. Here in Sweden that's about the only lingerie store that carries something other than 32-36 and a-d. Well, if you don't want to pay 900 SEK for ONE ugly bra(it's alot of money).
Soo... I have ONE bra, that doesn't even fit me correctly, that I wear in public. It gives me backache, headache, shoulder pain... But it's the one that gives me the least pain out of what I've come across so far, sadly.

The clip helps quite a bit :) I'd like it to be a bit shorter though, maybe that's fixable in some way. I could never wear the bra unclipped, I'd bounce around all over the place! I have a very, very petite frame. I'm only 5" tall(152 cm).
I actually have the Freya Active underwired. I have had it in 30dd(gave it away due to inproper fit), 30d, 28dd and I have ordered it in the sizes 28f, 28ff and 28g. I sent them all back.
30dd:
- It felt too loose around the body
- Straps didn't adjust short enough
- Didn't feel like my boobs were fully contained at all times. The bra would shift instead of moving along with me.
30d:
- It felt a bit tighter around the body, supposedly because the smaller cup puts strain on the band.
- The straps did still not adjust short enough as expected.
- I have to readjust alot with this one as well. I get "armpit fat" whenever I move, it's not moving well with me.
28dd:
- It felt restrictlingly tight and I would get severe red marks after only a minute or two wearing it. Breathing was a pain.
- Straps didn't adjust short enough
- Although it felt like much less bounce, there was still some. I estimate half of my breast tissue was spread out outside of the cups. Horrible. The only reason the rest of it didn't bounce was because it was slammed against me and the bra felt like a torture device.
And what about the bigger cup sizes? Well, they felt too big. I didn't swoop and scoop as properly when trying those out though, I didn't know exactly how to I guess. I'm very unsure of ordering those sizes again to try. They're so expensive to return and reorder! :( I'm a poor student. With that said, I'm willing to try again if it seems likely they will fit me better than what I currently wear to soccer practices and gym class. I wear the 30d Freya + a crop top bra to counteract the upper-boob-bounce. It doesn't work too well...
