Issue resolved
bra was returned. the fabric was too stretchy and wasn't giving me enough support.
Original problem
is this one even close to a proper fit? i feel like i'm not getting any better with this proper fitting.

This one is hard to tell. How does it feel? Do you have gaping anywhere? Cause ur not bulging, thats for sure, so it can only be right or too big. basically, depends what ur going for. I think this could be a nice work bra if it feels comfy.

helpfulI have a hard time telling whether it fits. The picture is too dark, the bra is just a big mass of black, I cannot see any details.
How do the wires feel to you? I think the wires might be too wide on you, but that is very difficult to tell.
Is that you in the Change Sophia Full Shaper in 65J?

yes, that's me in the 65J. change is adjusting their sizes clearly, i bought the 65J before this bra.
sorry the pic is so dark, when i used the flash the pic was horrible!
