Issue resolved
Going to keep the bra and look for better shapes for myself. Keeping band size and shape in mind!
Original problem
Hi ladies. I'm just wondering if you think that this bra fits or not! I'm properly scooped in. It looks like there's a little bit of gaping in the right breast which is the smaller one anyway. In the front-facing picture the straps are cutting into the area between my breasts and shoulders, but that was just from the way that i was holding the camera. I have a feeling that this style might not be the best for my wide-set, splayed breasts and the straps have a satin-type material on them which helps them to slip off of my narrow shoulders. So, also, if you have any advice for styles for my breast shape I'd appreciate it!

helpfulThe manufacturer might call this a demi-bra, but in my eyes this is a typical plunge and not a demi-bra. On a demi-bra the rims of the cups form an almost vertical line across the chest. Check out Curvy Kate Tease Me for an example.
That said, it looks like a very good fit on you for a plunge. The gaping on the right breast is negligible.
But since it is a plunge, it doesn't do much with your breasts. (You got that right.) I think you could get more push-up from the sides with halfcups (demi-bras). But until you found the perfect halfcup, this will do just fine.
EDIT: I am missing a shot that shows the wires from the side. The third picture of this fit request is a good example of what I am talking about: http://www.bratabase.com/troubleshoot/dhkop/ It is difficult to give pointers about wire width if you cannot see the wires.

I'm agreeing with maia, for a plunge this seems to be a very nice fit on you :)
Maybe my recent blog series on bras for smaller bust might be helpful for you too: http://www.kurvendiskussionen.at/node/162

I will check that out, thank you! I always appreciate input. =]

helpfulI think the cup fit is good, but you should NOT be able to pull your band that far away from your body.
When straps slip off your shoulders, there are usually a few culprits:
1) Strap placement is wrong for your body
2) Cup shape is off
3) The band is too big.I think if you tried this bra in a band size down (and of course, one cup size up), you might find that the straps don't bother you as much and you will probably get more oomph - lift - out of your bra!

Thank you so much! This was a lovely Bratabase bra exchange, so I'll keep that in mind for the future!

I definitely see what you mean about the plunge vs. demi thing! Thank you so much, I do agree that this is a pretty good fit and I guess since it doesn't do too much for my breasts it'll be more of a bra for those days when I'm not worried about the girls looking too good. Thank you for the demi cup suggestion. Do you have any suggestion of models/other styles for wide-set, splayed breasts?
