Issue resolved
Thanks for your help everyone. Yes, the is on the tightest hook in the picture, but that was after I'd owned for a few months. I started wearing it on the lowest and moved to the tightest. I did seem to stretch quickly.
I'll look for more 30 bands next time I have the money to get some more bras.
Original problem
The bra fits well, but I keep wondering if I need to go down a band size.
In the back view pic does that count as "riding up"? In the side view, how far back should I be able to pull back my band? Is that too far? It is more than 2 fingers.
Do I need to try a 30FF?
(Please excuse the blurry photos. I can't figure out how to take a photo from behind.)

helpfulI think it looks like the band is riding up. If it does ride up you should always atleast try the smaller band size. It looks like it's on the tightest setting, which means that it is definitly too big. The slight cutting in you get along the bottom of the band in the back is most likely caused by the band riding up.
When you go for a smaller band the cups will be stretched further and appear slightly smaller. Because of that I don't think you need to go down in cup size, I think the one you have will be fine, so a 30FF is probably your best bet.

helpfulIt looks slightly too big but not by much, just try on a 30FF and see if it fits. It may depend on the brand and style. Freya seems to make very stretchy bands, I have the same issue even though the size I picked should work in most brands.
Also, are you sure the cups don't fit? They seem quite full. It could just be the sahpe (if it's on top) and sometimes a band that is too big makes the cups look baggy when the straps aren't adjusted properly.

helpfulThe band is definitely too big. From the photo, it looks like you're on the tightest hook. I would say it looks like you need to go down just the one band size to 30. From the photos, certainly standing up it doesn't look as if there's an issue with the cups at all, you're filling them, there's no quadraboob, and there doesn't appear to be any gaping, so to keep the same cup size, go for 30FF and see how it goes. I would suspect that any issues you've had with the cup are likely to have been due to the band size having been too big. If they stilll persist once you have the correct fitting band, then it's probably a shape issue and this bra isn't for you, but looking at the photos that doesn't look the case.

helpfulIs it hooked on the final, tightest hook? Do you feel as if the bra doesn't stay put in some way? Then try a 30FF, or, given your description of the cup, a 30F.

helpfulIt's not so much about how many fingers you can get under the band as it is whether or not the band stays put... does it migrate upward during the day? It so, then it's definitely too big. (Also, if it's on the tightest hook, it's definitely too big!)

helpfulHow are the wires? Do they feel ok? Are they sitting on breast tissue or are they too wide already? I am asking bc the wires tend to get wider when you go down in band and up in cupsize.
Some women prefer a looser band, some women prefer it tighter. I wouldn't say that you must to go up, but it would be a good idea to try a 30FF.

helpfulI agree with the other two. It looks too big, so you should try a band size smaller.

helpfulIt definitely is riding up, I would suggest trying a band size down (which is pretty much the same suggestion as the other 8 replies, but this looks to be a pretty clear case of a too-big band!).
