Issue resolved
Thank you for the suggestions I will try a few bras in 28 and see how it fits.
Original problem
I've had this bra for a while now but lately it doesnt fit right. The band is obviously too big but I can't figure exactly what is wrong with the cups. When I «scoop» my breasts are very close and almost touch but I don't have the quadraboob effect. Thanks in advance !

helpfulIt is hard to figure out what the problem with the cups is, with the band being so big.
The extreme size in the band makes the cups have all the wrong shape. In this case it seems that the cup's are not deep enough and don't go enough behind your arms, and they may be sitting on your breasts on the sides.
This search has bras that have fitted 64cm backs.
http://bratabase.com/search/advanced/?ribcage=64&units=0&search=Advanced+SearchTake this as a starting point to seek for deeper cups and a slightly wider cup. Use your bra's measurements and see what sizes are close. That will give you an idea of a more close size.

helpfulWith the exception of your nip to neck measurement being half of mine, the other two are nearly similar, save a half inch. With that being said I fit in 28f/ff,so I find it a little odd that a 32c would even fit you! Your breast perimeter is the same as most cup depths for a 28f and your ribcage is small enough to wear them, maybe even a 26. I don't believe in the whole "measure what you wear" stuff because just like every other method of measuring, it depends on the persons shape and comfort level. But since that seems to be the norm, a 26f or ff might fit you better. What is your full bust measurement? Something else to keep in mind, when measuring your breast perimeter it's from outer to inner edge. I say that because some people get a little too generous with the amount of theirs and it screws up recommendations for others. Either way, you need a much smaller band size and possibly up a cup size which would make sense. A 26f has the same cup volume as a 32d (one cup up from your 32c). Those cups don't look oddly fitting, but it does appear there is space at the bottom of the cup. This can happen if you're scooping them too much, and with a bigger band and further apart cups it can make for a strange fit. Usually you'll find you're "falling" throughout the day.

helpfulBefore I had implants I wore a 32C. I measured 26 inches around my ribs and clearly a 32 band was too big for me. After finding this database and utilizing bra sizing information I started wearing a 30DD and even then the band would stretch out and ride up, so really I should have worn a US size 28DDD(F)/UK 28DDD(E). I also want to point out that when you are small around the ribs, in your case 25 inches and you are wearing a band that is too big, the cups are not being pulled into the proper position. So in reality the cups can turn out to be too small when the band is pulled tight and the cups set where they should be. Looks to me like you should try a 28F or 28FF and see how that fits and go from there. I recommend a 28 band size because they are a little easier to find, but really you should try a 26 band. I hear that 26 band sizes are extremely hard to find. I still find that some 28 bands are still a tad big, so I have them taken in to fit.

(P.S. Thank you for fixing the measurements.)
