Betsey Johnson Intimates » Zipper Stripe Lightly Lined Demi Underwire (723100) » 32DD 32:5
The band is loose and rides up terribly in the back. The straps are never short enough. In order for my breasts to get any lift, and to be up front where they're supposed to be the center gore has to be allowed ride up and dig into them, and the cups themselves just flatten my chest and force my breasts to spill out the top leaving my nipples to once again peek out. And I have side and back boob spilling out the top of the band on the sides and back.
I bring my lovely girls up front which causes them to spill out the top and create four boobs and the causes the center gore to dig into them, but they always go back to the sides making me look EXTRA flat from the side. And THEN I'm constantly bumping my side tissue and then THAT hurts.
Also something else... When my girls are up front where they should be, the center gore digs painfully into my lower breast tissue, which prevents the underwire from sitting up under my breasts and maintaining any sort of lift. If the girls have once again gone back to the sides, the center gore painfully rides up and digs higher up into my girls' tissue. ICK! It just plain HURTS to hug people, put ANY pressure on my chest or the sides of my breasts and chest.
PLEASE HELP!!!

helpfulI would say based on the fit issues and your measurements you would need a size 30F or FF (11inches fits more with the latter. I find it's best if you get a cup depth similar to your own "true" breast perimeter, though style can effect this, but not a whole 2 inches! Haven't checked the numbers for this particular bra but that size usually has 8.5-9" depth) And I think sometimes what can happen when the cups are too small is that they make the band feel too small as well. You do have the cups hiked way up high, that must be incredibly uncomfortable! This distorts the fit too. Your breasts should be lifted from the band, not the straps. When you slide them off your shoulder the cups should stay in place - for the most part. Also from the looks of it this bra appears somewhat flimsy, especially in the band. Though some bras claim to smooth back fat because of their leotard wings/band, they really just exaggerate the problem because of that type of fabric. Center pull straps are not for creating an up front look because they're more found on full coverage and minimizer bras, so they separate more. If you're still keen on that type of bra you should try the Fantasie Esme. It comes in 30F and FF, has center pull straps and it would be supportive. If you want a lifted look, try the Freya Deco. The padded half cup version has even more lift, but between those two Deco's the sizes are quite fiddly. Size down a cup in the plunge and up 1-2 in the half cup. I don't know how Esme fits but I've heard good things about it.

helpfulBased on your measurements you really should wear a 28 or a 30-band, not a 32-band like you are wearing at the moment. That explains why the back is so big on you. When the back is too big it rides up and you end up needing to tighten the straps to make sure your get the lift. This causes the weight of your boobs to be carried by your shoulders instead of the band, which should take almost all of the weight.
Your boobs should not fall out in any place, your nips shouldn't be able to escape and the wires should not cut into your breast tissue at any place. All of these are symptoms of a way too small cup.
A 32DD has the same volume as a US 30F/UK 30E and a US 28G/UK 28F. However as your cups are so much too small for you you will need to go up a couple of cups from that. I think your bra is atleast three cup sizes too small for you, which would give you a size of US 30I/28J or UK 30G/28GG, but you might need to go up even more in cup size. As your bra is such a bad fit it is hard to give a good estimation.
Remember that these sizes are not extreme in any way, band sizes goes down to 24-bands and cup sizes up to a UK LL-cup.
If you look for a bra kind of similar in style I can recommend Freya Deco and Panache Porcelain Plunge.

helpfulThe cups are too small on you. And band is too big but I can't tell how big. Since you're ribcage is 29 you'll probably want to try a 28 and 30 band. I'm no expert but I'd say at least try on a 30FF(28G) and a 30G(28GG). You might want to start with a style where the wires in the center front are close together.

helpfulUnfortunately, Betsey Johnson doesn't make bras in the size you probably need. I'll echo the other suggestions and advise trying a 30FF, since you need to go down a band size and up several. However, you never know- a 28FF or 28G could be what you actually need, or a 30F or G (also, different styles size a bit differently, sadly). I'd say try on a bunch of different styles and sizes until you find the best fit.
Since your breasts are wide, I'd try starting with a Panache bra. I like the Porcelain for the t-shirt style, but you may find the straps don't adjust short enough. If you are US-based, you can try going into Nordstrom, although the fitters there can be less than useful. They usually carry the Panache Porcelain and also the Freya Deco (if you want lift, that will lift you like gangbusters). They also carry some Fantasie styles, but I find that if you're full on the bottom they don't fit so well.

helpfulI would recommend trying a different bra altogether because it sounds like you've reached the end of what sizes are available in Betsy Johnson.
I measure 29" around my ribcage and am quite comfortable in most 30 bands. I would start with a 30. The bra that I recommend as a starter is Panache's Andorra bra. It's made of very stretchy lace and is very forgiving even when the cup is a tiny bit too small or a tiny bit too big. It's not the most low cut bra but it's very comfortable.

I think it's sold online at Figleaves. You can also get discontinued colours cheap if you're willing to search for it!

Well, I appreciate all the suggestions. I went to a local bra fitting shop today with a few friends of mine and my experience was not only disappointing; it left me TOTALLY disillusioned.
I was so excited when I found out this shop was in our town, so I texted some of my girlfriends and asked if they would like to all go and get professionally fitted today. Well, after gathering all of us together we all made our way to this shop. They ladies there were very polite and shop was clean and orderly. Both things that mean a lot to me when I'm customer considering purchasing something from your store. They took all our names and addresses and info, and then began calling on us. When it was finally my turn I was giddily going into the fitting room.
I came in wearing the bra I posted as my fit help request. Right off the bat she brought me a 32DD- which HHHURT. I pulled the back of the band to see how far I could pull it from my back. It was a gooood 6-8 inches away when I would pull on it. So, she went back brought me a black freya Deco in a size 30FF. Now, right of the bat the band felt tighter, but I could still tug it a good 6 inches from my back, which hurt something fierce. I don't know if it's the make of the bra or what but the underwires kept digging into my breast tissue all the way around the outer edges of my breasts. I told her that and she said that maybe I needed a 32 band. I told her I didn't think so because I could still pull the band so far off my back. Also, I noticed very distinctly that the top of the cup didn't seem to come high enough on the outer sides of my breasts either. I told her it still felt like it was digging into my breast tissue. At that point I thought maybe I just try one without an underwire, so I told her that. GET THIS. She comes back with the Gabrielle Softcup Bra by Fantasie in a size UK 30H. It fit for the most part PERFECTLY. But really feel like I need an underwire to restore my breasts. I then asked her to bring more bras in that size with an underwire, and she proceeded to do so, in the same size that she had brought before. And once again they hurt so bad I just quit trying them on anymore and thanked the girl for her time.
I went back home and remeasured myself to see if my measurements were off, but they weren't. So, the following Monday I went back and tried again with a different girl. The same thing happened. The band was too loose. I said: "aren't the bras you buy supposed to be on the loosest hook when you purchase them?" The girl told me it was OK to start out wearing it tighter. I told her I'd been wearing the wrong size long enough, and I that I had no intentions of purchasing any of those espensive bras unless they fit me perfectly, and unless I knew they were gonna last the length of time they were supoosed to and stay fitted to me as they stretched out. I said: "Do you have as size 28 bands I can try?" And that's when EVERYTHING got explained. She said: "No. We do not carry that size in the store. We've found that the ladies are typically good with the 30's on the tighter hooks, and that they're just thankful to have a better-fitting bra. They may not be the PERFECT fit, but who ever really gets that?"
I couldn't believe what I was hearing. All I could think was: "You're working in a professional bra-fitting establishment, and you're still not wearing bras that fit you perfectly? You don't know that you CAN have bras that DO?"
At that point I just resigned to the fact that I will not be buying bras from them, as the sale is more important to them than the fit. They also didn't fit either one of my friends accurately either. Both were sold band-sizes that were still way too unsupportive, as well as cup sizes were to large. It was just by and large another not good bra-shopping experience.
Anyhoo, I will let you know when I find the "perfect fit", and BELIEVE ME, there WILL be pictures! HA!!!

It is not uncommon to make a compromise in fit after you have literally tried almost everything available in your size. After 3 years of searching I am sure that I'll never find a bra that is a 100% perfect fit for me unless I sew it myself. But I did find some bras that are comfortable and a reasonable, 98%-perfect fit. However, this took me a lot of effort, an effort many are not willing to make.
Regarding the underwires: I think you might have a very wide root just like me. In this case the Deco in 30FF might have been the right size, but the wires were too narrow, something that is typical for Freya. I have the same problem with Freya and Fantasie, the wires are too narrow. If the fitting shop didn't have Panache that might explain why you couldn't find anything. For over year I ordered everything in 38G to 40K from Bravissimo, but I could never find a bra that fit. It drove me crazy and I almost gave up. It wasn't until I narrowed down my size to 40H and ordered from small shops all the bras available in that size that I hit paydirt - Elomi is my brand, a brand that Bravissimo doesn't stock. Small wonder I could not find a fitting bra by ordering from them.

I would even try a 28G, since your underbust is 28.
