Issue resolved
Since it is probably shape problem I will try other style such as half cups and balconettes. Thank you for the help !
Original problem
The band fits me well but the cups give a very pointy shape (that I don't like) and I also can't fill the "pointy" part. And I don't if it is because the bra cut like this but it barely covers my nipple. Thanks in advance.

helpfulIt seems that the band and cup are a tad too big on this model. Specially the band.
If the band was tighter the wires would reach a bit further back on your ribcage moving around the empty space at the tip of the cup which may help with filling it out.
But still it seems that the cup on this model might be a tad too deep for you. Maybe a 28D in Panache Superbra (http://bra.pe/Siy/) would be good as they seem to have shallower cups.
If it was possible it would be nice to try this in a 28C (or even 26D) but Cleo does not make C cups or 26 bands :-/
You got other bras that fit you well?
For 26 bands you can check 2wenty8 at the BigBraBar (http://www.thebigbrabar.com/index.php/products.html) which has started to make them, or Ewa Michalak (http://www.ewa-michalak.pl/) which makes 55 bands custom sized and their 60's are known for being tight.
For 28C I can only find The little bra company (http://www.thelittlebracompany.com/) as a reference but I'm sure there are more out there.

helpfulYou could check ebay, sometimes there are old Cleo models in 28C there (right now the Cleo Brooke which could well be a really good fit).
Generally, plunge styles will probably not be right for you (Ewa Michalak plunges may work well, though). In other brands you should rather look for balconettes/halfcups.I don't know if the band is too big, is it riding up your back? From what I can see, it may be alright.

Alright, then it's even easier, try a 28D or 28DD. A lot more choices in these sizes :)

helpfulI agree with Suna, the cut is all wrong for you. Plunges in general are a bad idea for your breastshape. Go for padded halfcups and unpadded balconettes from Cleo instead.

The band doesn't ride up but I'm not sur about trying a 28c because usually 30C are too small in the cups.
