Issue resolved
I agree that maybe one cup up would be a good fit for me. However since I can't find this bra anymore anywhere, I'll just have to settle for this size. Besides, it doesn't bother me too much for now. The quest for the perfect fit bra still doesn't end though.
Original problem
This is a bra from Gorgeous by Debenhams in 30E bought off ebay.
My breasts sit well in the cup, they don't spill after some time, the centre gore lies flat on the sternum, the band is firm enough, with very little armpit fat. Not enough to make me feel bothered. Do you think it's a good fit and a good shape for my breasts? Thanks!

The band is fine. The cups? Well, I'd say this is about preferences.

Now, if this is you scooped in - I can say there are no major issues here. I do think the cups are borderline too small and you are ever so slightly quadboobing. There is also a bit of emtpty pabric at the bottom of the cup. This may indicate too narrow wires, two shallow bottom or that you are just wearing your bra a tad too low.
I do also think you might need more coverage for better support an shape. This you would get a cup or two up. But you arr high on chest and full on top so ehatever you wear there will be significant part of your boob uncovered
That said, I think this is definitley wearable, if you feel comfortable fit. I would like you to try something in few cupsizes up just to see the difference. The shape is not bad on this, but I think you could do much better in styles I suggested earlier.Updated on December 13, 2012 Flag this

helpfulIt doesn't look very supportive, even though it doesn't look too loose. Did you scoop and swoop? The band does look like it is sitting too low and the underwires aren't quite at the root of the breasts. I think you need a cup size up, but perhaps a different style of bra, particularly half cup styles.

Yes, I've scooped and swooped. :) One question, how low is too low for a band to sit on? The underwires are actually at the root of my breasts. Any higher they'll sit on my breasts instead. :D If only I can try a cup size up, but this is the only size left in the internet world and ebay. :( Thank you for your suggestion!

If the underwires are right at the root of your breasts then the extra fabric could be because you are deeper there than the bra allows for. If you have more depth than the bra your breasts will try to push the cup downwards to get room enough, which might explain the extra fabric (=the wrinkles close to the wire). This is also an indication that you might want to size up. You could try to fix this by using the straps to pull the cup up again (=Shorten the straps more) but that would most likely give you more quadraboob, which on the other hand would be a safe sign that you do need a cup size up.
Anyway, I don't think it looks small enough to not be wearable, but I would look for a cup size up in the future if I were you.

Hmmm I guess I'll be needing a bra with more depth then. I've tried shortening the straps, but yeah, like you've said, it gives me quadraboob although it's not that noticeable under clothing.
I'll look for F/FF cups in the future then! Thanks for your suggestion! :)

Well, this is me whooped and scooped. :) Yeah there's a teeeeeeny weeeeeny quadboob going on, but only if you really look at it.
As for the empty fabric, I don't know if it's a camera trick or what, but the underwires are really under the root of my boobs and my boobs are all encased in the cups. :D Yes, I do feel comfortable in this, much more than the CK Emily I've posted earlier. Thanks for the suggestion!
