Bra fitting help » What size should I order (part 2)?

Issue resolved
Going to order 60GG and see how that goes!
Original problem
I posted another fit request for a different sized EM bra here: http://bra.pe/TDz/
So I got this second hand on ebay, and it feels like maybe it's just one cup size too small. I do have success wearing other plunge bras. My breast tissue isn't so soft, so the super spilling out into the middle isn't typical if the bra is the right size for me. I typically wear a 28FF and in some styles a 28G. In the freya deco, I wear a 28FF(so more like a G, I guess, since it runs a bit big in the cup), but in the masquerade amira plunge, the 28FF(more true to size) fits perfectly.
I think the band is plenty tight enough, and I don't think I'd want to go up to a 65 and definitely not down to a 55.
I am also not necessarily looking to order this specific plunge, as I am open to ordering any in this style from EM. Should I go up to a 60GG? Something else?
Thanks in advance!

helpfulI think you bought my bras! I sold these on ebay not too long ago. The way this looks on you is approximately what my old 28FF PL Cielus looked like on me. When I sized up to the 28G the cups fit perfectly (I sold this one because I have a 26GG on the way). A cup size up should fix the problem.

Haha, that's funny! I guess I shouldn't be surprised, because anyone buying EM bras and reselling them on ebay is most likely involved in the online bra community in some way ;)
Thanks! I also thought one cup up would do the trick, just needed a second opinion!
