Original problem
The biggest issues I have with this bra are: underwire at center gore giving a double cleavage effect, inability to get breast all the way to the bottom of the cup, less rounded shape than preferred and sheer fabric makes it obvious nipples don't point forward in these cups. I don't know if trying another size in the bra makes sense. Either way I am not convinced this is the right size for me - the same size in a Cleo bra had major quadraboob issues. Thoughts?

helpfulI think this could actually be a case of wire tilt: your wires go quite far back, which means they have to bend to follow the curve of your ribcage. The thing is, most wires don't bend easily that way, but instead tilt slightly to accommodate said curve. This tilting swallows up space in the bottom of the cups, making them APPEAR too shallow or mimicking the 'orange-in-a-glass' effect.
Problems at the centre gore, a cup edge that cuts in, or quadboob in a size that is essentially correct can all be caused by the above described wire tilt.
What you could do to see if wire tilt is indeed the problem here is bending the wires manually to better follow the curve of your ribcage. If wire tilt is indeed the case, bending the wires should 'free up' at least some of the space in the bottom of the cups.

I had the same issue with not quite filling the bottom, and I bent the wires slightly to follow the curve of my body and the fit improved significantly.

helpfulFor the most part, Panache and Cleo are generally made with wider wires and shallow cups. I think what's happening here. The cups are too shallow at the bottom and your breast tissue does not fit into it, so it makes a little fold.
Generally, people get quadboob if this happens but I think all your tissue is getting pushed in and creating that double clevage, because the cups are placed farther apart than you need.
If the fold doesn't show up under clothes, I don't think it's a very big deal, but it may be worth trying a cup size up. Be warned though! A cup up might just be too big.Have you tried Freya bras yet? They tend to have deeper cups but generally narrower underwires, which would solve the folding problem. There are other brands linked with Freya like elomi, Fantasie and Goddess that might also be worth trying out. I'm not exactly sure on their fit, but they're built with a lot of support in mind.
