Freya Active » Underwired Sports Bra (4492) » 32GG 32:10
Issue resolved
Thanks girls going to check out all the bras and styles listed and the blog and all the comments from vee.
Original problem
Trying to find a sports bra to work out in. This one turned out to fit fine in the under cup area but the cups are too dang big- you can see the nipple ripple fabric rolls. Help!! What size should I try now!! I need something for running. I have resorted to wearing my 30GG Cleo Poppy and this bra on top bc the Poppy is soo supportive and then this on top helps with the bounce!!

helpfulOh dear, I know how it feels to jump arround in two wired bras ((
Okay, so first thing firs, this bra seems to be sitting way too low on you. I mean waaaaaay to low, it's supporting your waist not your boobs I mean, you can't be that low on chest this may be the reason you get empty cups and quadboob at the same time.
So pull it up as much as you can please.
http://blog.butterflycollection.ca/2012/11/are-you-wearing-your-bra-too-low.html?m=1Now, when you get this as high as you can and tighten the straps, see how it fills up. If there is still wrinkling still, a cup down would be in order.
I would also encourage you to give panache sport a try - i feel this might suit you better. This bra may also just be too deep for you in the cups, this is where panache could do it's magic
I could also reccomend the enell sports bra if you don't mind it looking as a bulletproof vestEdit: I stalked you a bit.. I think you might be wearing all of your bras way too low - I saw you had empty space and wrinkling at the bottom on all the bras you listed as a fit. I hope you find the Butterfly collections post helpful. The wires should be sitting directly below the crease of the boob.

Oh, I was wondering if those were yours :)
Now this explains a lot - you should state that when asking for fitting help. This means your boobs won't really conform to the bra as much as natural boobs will. The other thing is - all man made boobs seem to be full on top - this is why you will get the cutting in on top and empty space at the bottom where you are the most shallow.
You will need shallow bottom cups to avoid wrinkling. I actually think you would do best in the older versions of cleo like george, eleonor and lizzie - if you can get any of those in your size i think you might be verry happy . Newer models have more depth in the bottom - thus the wrinkling inthe cups at the bottom.
But! I do think you are a perfect candidate for halfcups! So showgirl range from curvy kate and bravissimo's halfcups and the masquerade rhea - i think you would look amaizing in those and you're lucky because a lot of women can't pull them off and they are such amaizing styles:)
I also think Ewa michalak halfcups could do wonders from you.
And I'mpretty sure your perfect everyday bra should be panache andorra :) you should get thatone asap!
You should definitly avoid freya, bravissimo and curvy kate unpadded styles - but halfcups could work great in all those brands.
Now, as for sportsbras, i think the bestthing for you would be those who rely on compression - you might look into the shock absorber sports max bra.
If you want your boobs separated, then panache sports is your only option I think. -
Thanks Vee. I am on my phone now but I will look into all your suggestions when I get on my computer. I had a masquerade but it got too small then I tried a 32 but band too big... I have a padded CK. It is awesome. Right now I'm wearing CK the fleurty and it is lightly padded. Also panache poppy... So supportive and panache Cleo. The three part sewn cups are supportive even with sheer fabric in my opinion. Ty so much for your help. I will check out all your suggestions and will probably be asking you more!!

For all the years I thought I was a 36C (and not what I really am--a 32F or G!!) I wore a Champion sports bra that I see is no longer made. It was a compression bra with a clasp back, not a racer back. Their sizing was (is) weird but I wore a Large or 36 C/D I think (the labels have long faded). The band was very tight and the compression quite good so that I was able to run 5Ks with no bounce. They have similar bras such as this one: http://www.championusa.com/workout-clothes/sports-bras-43553--1/maximum-support-bras/champion-shape-scoopback-full-figure-underwire-sports-bra. This one looks more like what I have (in the same drab colors!) but it has changed http://www.championusa.com/workout-clothes/sports-bras-43553--1/maximum-support-bras/champion-powersleek-sports-bra
Another possibility: http://www.championusa.com/workout-clothes/sports-bras-43553--1/maximum-support-bras/champion-double-dry-spot-comfort-full-support-sports-bra
Again, perhaps the one I have worked because I didn't know better but it really did stop the bounce. Maybe because the cups were too small--I don't know. I think "compression" and max impact are two key concepts you (and I, when I have to replace this one) should look for.

helpfulThis bra has deep full coverage cups- I do not quite fill it out all the time. I do agree with Vee in that pulling the bra up a ways would be useful, as it looks like you have breast tissue escaping out of the top.
If that doesn't help, I'd go down a cup size or use a different model- the Panache Sport has a great rep but may run large in the cup.

helpfulRG. I have tried champion but they just get so loose and stretchy, that's why I feel I had to turn to what I call big girl bras for a solution! Thanks for the links though.

I noticed that this bra has a bigger depth than your perimeter. I don't think this will ever work. From what I've read and my own experiences your perimeter has to be the same or smaller than the depth of the bra cup.

Vee, I have a really weird optical illusion in photos because I have a floating rib that was broken and healed funny leaving a funny lump that sticks out and also have a bit of ribcage deformity. Anyway, the wire in the bra is right under the underboob and it goes all the way around the underboob and to that place under your armpit where underboob and back fat merge and you have to pull it forward into the cup. That is how high I like my wires. I hate low wires that cut into the middle of that area and squish the side boob. I read reviews on the bra and that's why I stepped down from a 30H. I think if I had real or soft nursing Boobs it would fit better but I have silicone, mod+ So who knows. I'm not sure if just one cup down would work. Also. In reference to wearing them low, wrinkling in lower boob... Is that a size down or wrong cup bra profile? I am in love with panache Cleo line. I am also going through weight changes. Lost 30, gained, now losing again. I've seen the enell but wasn't sure about the size. Also just got one curvy Kate and love it cept the straps are so bouncy, that's my only flaw with it. Have a lot of bras and would.definitely love your input on finding the right fit. Right now I have lost 8 lbs with 20 some more to go. All my weight sticks to my bottom, blah. Anyway, I appreciate your help and the suggestions. Since I am a little overweight right now, I am having some major quadboob in my panache cleos and balconettes. On another note, it just might be that in my search to find a wide cup and wire to fit me I didn't think about a shallow cup crossways, does that make sense? Almost all my bras when I put them on, pull the boob fat in, get the underwire in the crease, shake the boob in etc etc the top line of the fabric is right there at or along the nipple line. Now is that just the style of the bra, like a balconette? Or is that incorrect fit. Because my fuller coverage bras don't do that. Ahhh. Makes me want to pull my hair out!!!!
