helpfulIf the wires are too narrow you cannot scoop properly.
I have this problem with the Cleo Alexa, I tried this bra in 38HH and 38J. In 38HH it almost fits, but the wires are too narrow and hurt. Also, a 38HH shouldn't fit me in this bra bc I typically wear a 40HH with Panache these days, so a 38HH should be too small. When I tried to put on the 38J this got confirmed: the wires in 38J were still too narrow, I tried to scoop but couldn't quite do it. If the wires of the 38J Cleo Alexa had been a bit wider I would have been able to scoop better and all my breast tissue into the bra, then I would have been able to fill out the cup. So it just looked too big, when actually the wires were at fault.
As a nursing mom too narrow wires can give you galactosis, so if you have trouble with too narrow wires EM isn't the right brand for you.Updated on September 12, 2012 Flag this

helpfulFirst of all, have you scooped properly? http://www.ewa-michalak.pl/Jak-poprawnie-zalozyc-biustonoszs-VIDEO--cinfo-pol-4.html Just to be sure, because that really affects the judgement on fit. If you haven't done it this is probably your best size.
If you have done it I don't think you need to go down more than one size. You don't have much extra fabric at all, just a tiny bit, and a two sizes down to a G-cup would most likely cut in and the wire would most likely be too narrow. As you seem to have a bit of softness you want a cup that is just about right, because you will otherwise spill out even if it's just a tiny bit too small for you.

It's all scooped:) I do have a problem with EM bras and wires - for example in PL style (in correct size) wites are always too narrow.
My breasts are very soft ( I'm almost 40 years old and I'm nursing 3rd child), you are right - 70g will be too small.
